Appointments
Booking and what to bring
Most appointments can be booked online through HealthEngine, or by calling reception. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early so any paperwork or updates to your details can be completed before your consultation.
Standard consultations
15-minute appointments for a single concern. Book online for the fastest confirmation.
Longer consultations
If you have multiple concerns, mental health plans, complex paperwork or procedures, please call reception so the team can book extra time.
New patients
Bring a valid Medicare card, photo ID, any concession or DVA details, and a list of current medications.
Child immunisations
Please bring the child’s blue book or immunisation record. Book with a nurse alongside the doctor when possible.
Billing & Fees
Fees, Medicare and payment
The practice is a private practice and does not routinely bulk bill. Pensioners and concession card holders receive a reduced fee. The full current schedule — including the standard and long consultation fees, Medicare rebates and out-of-pocket costs — is published in the billing and service policy.
Standard and long consultations are privately billed. The Medicare rebate applies for eligible patients.
Pensioners and concession card holders receive a reduced fee (see the fee schedule).
Workcover, insurance, travel and pre-employment medicals, and some procedural items are quoted on request.
Payment is expected on the day. EFTPOS and card payments are accepted.
Reception can help direct questions about results, repeat prescriptions and referrals. To keep care safe and well-coordinated, some requests will need an appointment with a doctor.
Test results
Your doctor will let you know how results will be communicated. Please book a follow-up appointment to discuss any non-urgent results. Reception cannot provide results over the phone.
Repeat prescriptions
Many repeat scripts can be requested through your pharmacist under Continued Dispensing arrangements, otherwise please book a brief appointment for review.
Referrals
New referrals require a consultation. If a referral is expiring, plan ahead so you don’t run out of medication or specialist cover.
