Join a teaching practice on the NSW South Coast

We're a friendly, locally owned general practice and skin cancer centre looking for people who want to build long-term relationships with patients, the team and the Batemans Bay community.

A practice that takes the long view

Batemans Bay Medical & Skin Cancer Centre is an established teaching practice with a stable team, RACGP and ACRRM accredited supervisors, and a long track record of supporting registrars and medical students.

Teaching practice

We're proud to host RACGP and ACRRM accredited supervisors and a senior medical educator. Registrars and medical students from ANU and the University of Sydney spend time with us.

Coastal lifestyle

Batemans Bay is the regional hub of the Eurobodalla — close to the beach, the river and the bay, and a short drive to Canberra or the Snowy Mountains.

Stable, experienced team

Long-tenured practice manager, nurses, GPs and reception team. Low turnover, supportive supervision and a culture that values continuity of care.

Skin cancer focus

The practice is a skin cancer centre, with doctors accredited through the Skin Cancer College Australasia. Doctors with a special interest in skin cancer can grow their procedural scope here.

Broad general practice

From paediatrics and women's health to chronic disease, aged care, mental health and minor procedures — a genuinely mixed patient demographic that keeps the work varied.

Real support, not just policies

Senior supervisors, regular clinical meetings, and a reception team that genuinely helps patients find the right appointment. You're not left to figure it out on your own.
